Our Mission

As Registered Nurses, we understand the healthcare system. We’ve supported thousands of patients in a variety of settings. We have nurtured our own family members through illnesses, and even the end-of-life. And, like you, we are patients.

Our mission is to provide you with a basic foundation of knowledge about the healthcare system and what to expect so that you can navigate your journey with greater ease. Understanding the medical process reduces anxiety and stress. It empowers you to prepare effectively for your visits and have a better sense of the most important questions to ask. It enhances communication with your care providers and ultimately that leads to better care!

$25 per inquiry to message your question to a Registered Nurse via secure, HIPAA-compliant email with a 24-48 hour response time (on average).

If you are looking for more assistance than assistance with one question/answer, please send us a message and we will consider all requests individually.

🌿 Allergy/Medication Checklist

$125 flat fee for the creation of a printable, PDF checklist of your allergies and medications (including when they are to be taken) and space to write in other valuable health information

🌿 Allergy/Medication Checklist (Revision)

$50 flat fee for updating/revising an Allergy/Medication Checklist previously created by the team at Live Well RN
